The points below are an amalgamation of thoughts, beliefs and values that Bare-Tenders was founded on, run by and indoctrinated into every member of staff we employ without fail. This is not just a list of virtues, but a guarantee to every client of the service we will provide.
  • To provide genuinely capable bartenders with genuinely attractive physiques. To ensure this every topless male bartender is:
    • Hand selected
    • Hand trained
    • Complete and thorough knowledge of our entire menu (45+ cocktails) and many classics
    • Provided with their own specialist equipment necessary to produce exquisite cocktails
    • Attended a minimum of 3 events under the supervision of a professional mixologist
  • We realise we request a lot from the gentlemen we employ and for that reason we will always treat each employee as a highly valuable individual. We guarantee to pay well above the industry average because we believe that a happy employee results in greater customer satisfaction.
  • We will NEVER employ someone who we believe to be 'sleazy', crude or inappropriate. We provide a service that should be a bit of a novelty and a little fun, and in no way should anyone feel intimidated by the gentlemen that attend their event.
  • To NEVER send 'a friend of a friend' or anyone that has not gone through the rigmarole of our training process. This is becoming more and more common in this type of industry as companies make promises they can't keep on the hope of making a 'quick buck' If for what ever reason we cannot attend then we will be honest.
  • Never set out with the concept of 'as much money for as little effort' All of our employees, whether they are topless bartenders or our professional flair and mixologists have a strong work ethic. We price the services we offer according to what we believe is equivalent value for money, a substantially larger percentage of that hourly fee goes to our employees than the company itself. Our priorities are unequivocally the client first, employee second and company third.
