If you wish to provide your own stock we are happy to supply a comprehensive shopping menu for you. alternatively we are happy to supply stock for your event, however there is a small handling charge for this hassle free option.
If you do decide to purchase your own stock and are having difficulty finding slightly more obscure spirits and liquors we are happy to source these for you.
Here are a few tips to consider while selecting your menu:
- More is not always better! A large cocktail menu will incur greater stock costs. This may result in leftover stock, especially if there are particularly infamous cocktails on the menu.
- If your looking to keep costs to a minimum try choosing cocktails that share spirits. This will keep stock to a minimum and result in you having less obscure spirits left over.
- Have a think about what will go down well! Here at Bare-Tenders we are big believers in trying something new, for example the pineapple and black pepper margarita is delicious! However it may not be suited for your event. If you believe your guests may have slightly more reserved taste then go for the classics!
- Never underestimate ice! If you want your drinks to be perfect then we need ice and lots of it. Contrary to popular belief the more ice in a glass the less dilution occurs, for this reason every time we shake a drink we shake with the Boston glass full to the brim, anything less produces sub-standard results.
- Glassware. Glass hire can be expensive, just like stock maybe think about providing cocktails that share glassware. Why not have a martini party? Alternatively we are happy to source you plastic glassware which is disposable and very cheap to purchase.
